What do I get for my money?+

How long until my logo goes live?+

Usually within five working days of payment. Every submission is checked by hand.

What if my logo is rejected?+

You receive a full refund. We only reject logos that are inappropriate, low quality, or not genuinely yours to use.

Can I update my logo later?+

Yes. Email us a replacement and we’ll swap it in, with no extra charge for occasional updates.

Why does everyone pay the same?+

A bigger budget should not buy a bigger logo—every Knight receives the same spot, size and price.
